Participants reflected on key moments from his professional and personal journey, emphasizing that Yousif Siraj Al-Din was more than just a journalist; he was one of the influential Sudanese voices. defending the profession and promoting the values of trade union work and ethical responsibility within Sudan’s media landscape. Mohamed Abdel Aziz, Secretary of the Sudanese Journalists Association, stated that the late journalist played a significant role in laying the foundations of the union’s constitution and contributed actively to the development of both union and political work, in addition to his constant concern for humanitarian issues and journalists’ rights. He added that Siraj Al-Din remained a model of professionalism and ethical commitment, noting that his impact would continue to live on in the memories of his colleagues and in the history of Sudanese journalism.
