The statement said that security operations conducted in the area had created an atmosphere of fear and anxiety among civilians, particularly women and children, noting that the humanitarian situation had been adversely affected by the recent developments. The council also criticized the deployment of more than 50 armed vehicles in the area, describing the move as an unjustified escalation that could further heighten tensions among local residents.
